Wattleseed is founded on Laurel’s creativity and generosity. Whether you’re just ordering a coffee, grabbing a loaf of bread on the way home, or need some advice pairing a bouquet with a birthday gift, Laurel will ensure you feel like the only customer in the shop.
Behind the scenes, Laurel is supported by her husband, Stewart, who shares her hands-on approach to running the store. If you join us for breakfast or lunch, keep an eye out for our Head Chef, Justine, leading the kitchen team.
